1. Conditions of application

l Those who are at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or above, Non-chinese citizens holding foreign passports, who are physically and mentally healthy, abide by Chinese laws and school rules and regulations, and respect the customs of the Chinese people are welcome to apply.

l Language Requirements for admission of overseas students:

1) IELTS 5.5 or above for English taught majors;

2) HSK Level 5 certificate for Chinese taught majors.

2. Application Time and method:

l Online enrollment: Fall enrollment March 1- June 15

Spring enrollment July 1- December 15

l Application Procedures:

1. Online application: log on to the Shenyang Jianzhu University International College Online Application System and fill in the full information after successful registration -LRB-http://english.sjzu.edu.cn/;

★Note:

1) The electronic photos submitted for online application must be the same as those submitted at the time of application, both of which are 2-inch recent bareheaded and white background photos.

2) Online submission of registration information must be verified before confirmation of submission, once submitted cannot be amended.

3) Be sure to keep the user name and password you use when registering online, so that you can check the interview information and the admission result.

2. Print Application Form: Print “Application Form for Shenyang Jianzhu University Foreign Students” after Online Application System submission;

3. Applicants can go to the Shenyang Jianzhu University admission office with the application materials for qualification examination. If the applicants cannot register in person, can entrust the contact person in China to do;

4. Payment of registration fee: The registration fee (including examination fee) is 500 RMB and must be paid to the school account by remittance. The application fee is non-refundable

l Application Materials:

1. Application Form;

2. The original or notarized documents of the highest academic qualifications (graduates must provide the certificate of graduation reservation issued by their school) in Chinese and English respectively;

3. The undergraduate applicant will provide the original transcripts or notarized documents of all the courses at the senior secondary level. The graduate applicant will provide the original transcripts or notarized documents of all the courses at the undergraduate level in Chinese and English respectively;

4. The first page of the passport, the overseas applicant provides the blank page of the passport; the domestic applicant provides all the visa pages and the residence permit;

5. A two-inch recent bareheaded, white background identification photo;

6. Candidates who are Chinese nationals and have joined a foreign country should submit the following supporting documents in accordance with document No. 83 of the Ministry of Education:

1) Certificate of naturalization;

2) Cancellation of the original Chinese household registration certificate;

3) Photocopy of passport entry and exit signature page for the last 4 years (original for reference);

4) The recent 4 years abroad study experience certificate;

In addition, candidates of Chinese descent who acquire foreign nationality at birth abroad are required to provide a birth certificate.

7. Other: all kinds of award-winning certificates, including sports, art and other aspects of the relevant certificates.

★Note: The Original High School Diploma submitted at the time of registration will be returned to the examinee after verification. The rest of the registration materials will not be returned. Interview Time: organized by the admission college

Architecture applicants are required by the college to have an additional professional examination (the college sets its own questions) during the interview.

3. Admission procedure:

l Admission: The school determines the admission list according to the candidates' entrance examination results, interviews, application materials and the enrollment quota of the majors they have applied for.

l The time of admission and the issue of the notice

1) Admission results announced time: from the end of the examination within one month.

2) Enquire Online (http://english.sjzu.edu.cn/), login with your username and password when enrolling online, do not accept other enquiries.

3) The time of collecting admission notice: within one week from the date of announcement of the admission result;

4) The way of collecting admission notice: Please bring your passport to the admission office. The agent must produce the relevant documents of himself and the candidate, the candidate's signature or stamped with the company's official seal of the power of attorney. Mail is also an option.

4. Tuition fee standard

(Excluding teaching materials fee, unit: RMB/year)

l School of Management: Business Administration, bachelor degree 15000 Yuan/year; Management Science and Technology, master degree 18000 Yuan/ year;

l School of Electrical Automation and Control Engineering: Electrical Engineering and Automation, bachelor degree 15000 Yuan/year; Electrical Engineering, master degree 18000 Yuan/year;

l School of Communications and Mechanical Engineering: Mechanical Design and Automation, bachelor degree 15000 Yuan/year, Mechanical Engineering, master degree 18000 Yuan/year;

l School of Civil Engineering: Civil Engineering, bachelor degree 15000 Yuan/year; Civil Engineering, master degree 18000 Yuan/year;

l School of Architecture and Planning: Architecture, bachelor degree 18,000 Yuan/year; Architecture, master degree 20,000 Yuan/year;

l School of International, Chinese language 12000 Yuan for one year.

★NOTE: Candidates should report to the school within the time required by the admission notice, and pay the annual tuition fee at one time. If there is any change in the above information, the latest information released by the International Student Office shall prevail.
