On the morning of November 13th, experts from the research project team of International Cooperation and Exchange Department of the Ministry of Education, accompanied by the International Exchange and Cooperation Department of the Provincial Department of Education, went to our school to carry out research work on the undergraduate entrance test of international students. Vice President Li Yupeng met with experts from the research project team and members of the international college team.

Li Yupeng welcomed the experts from the research project team of the Ministry of Education, and introduced the professional characteristics of our school and the development of overseas students' education to the research project team in detail. She hopes that through this investigation, we can understand the overall level of the enrollment quality of studying in China, improve the quality and increase efficiency on the basis of stable scale, and continuously improve the internationalization level of our school's education. Experts from the research project team explained the background, purpose and significance of the project test, and fully affirmed the work of international students in our university.

After the meeting, the experts of the research project team tested the entrance level of six English-teaching majors and one Chinese-teaching major of our school in 2019.

The undergraduate entrance level test for international students in China is sponsored by the Ministry of Education, and implemented by the research project team of the Ministry of Education on undergraduate entrance policies and standards for international students in China. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a full-scale investigation on the admission policies and standards of undergraduates studying in China, and to provide policy advice and data support for the formulation of admission standards for undergraduates studying in China, so as to promote the development of undergraduate education for international students from scale to connotation. The research work of the Ministry of Education is mainly carried out in 25 985/211 colleges and ordinary colleges in six provinces of Liaoning, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Hubei, Guangdong and Yunnan. Liaoning University, Liaoning University of Petrochemical Technology and three universities in our school participated in the research work of undergraduate entrance level test for foreign students.
